Shipping Policy
At Human Nature, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (Canada): 2–4 business days — Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days — Rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hn.ca2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Please contact us at hn.ca2026@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.
